It's the Post-season and nothing beats POPCORN!!

The healthiest snack I know of is homemade popcorn. What better way to enjoy your favorite beverage while you root for your favorite team. 3 tbsps coconut oil in a sauté pan, cover the bottom of the pan with organic popcorn, medium heat till popped. Put the corn in a bowl and use the sauté pan to melt a 1/2 cup of grass fed (and finished) butter. You can get Kerrygold grass finished butter in a grocery store. A healthy salt like Celtic Sea Salt and you have a quick and easy real food. Go Bucs!!
